Consumers spend billions of their hard earn cash each year on skin care cosmetic products. To help them understand and make the best choices for their money, NSTDA and NANOTEC organized a one day seminar on “Moving Forward to Skin Care Cosmetics Innovation” on February 13 in Bangkok. Attending the seminar were representatives from pubic and private sector groups.
A total of 8 invited speakers participated in the seminar to offers their opinions about the effectiveness of cosmeceutical ingredients and the importance of product testing.
