November 27, 2024, at the Asawin Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok, the TCCA project team from NANOTEC/NSTDA, in collaboration with its network of partners, organized a Focus Group Discussion with stakeholders from the industrial sector. This event was supported by the Program Management Unit for Human Resources & Institutional Development, Research, and Innovation (PMU-B). Ms. Sansanee Huabsomboon, Deputy Executive Director for Research and Development Support, and Dr. Kajornsak Faungnawakij, Senior Researcher and TCCA Project Leader, represented NANOTEC as invited speakers at the event.
The activity aimed to establish a robust collaborative system and mechanism in the form of a partnership network in science, research, and innovation, bringing together the public sector, private sector, research institutions, and educational institutions. The objective is to advance CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) technology to reduce CO2 emissions in alignment with the country’s Carbon Neutrality and Net Zero targets.
