Recently the Thai Red Cross invited NANOTEC to join its staff in providing clean drinking water to flood victims in the district of Sri Mahapot, Prachinburi Province. Due to its location the district has been hit by flood water which was flowing from various places since September. The flood has drastically resided and many homes are starting the cleanup process. For this matter, NANOTEC decided to donate eco-friendly nano home cleaning solutions which was a product from a joint partnership with PTT (Petroleum Authority of Thailand). The same nano home cleaning solutions were also donated during the Thailand mega flood of 2011. Leading the NANOTEC team was Dr. Chamorn Chawengkijwanich from Hybrid Nanostructure and Nanaocomposites Lab.
