On 31 March 2023, Dr. Wannee Chinsirikul, NANOTEC Executive Director and Dr. Pavadee Aungkavattana, Deputy Executive Director of NANOTEC welcomed Prof. Sushanta Mitra, Executive Director, the Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN), University of Waterloo (UW), Canada.
The purposes of this visit were to strengthen the existing collaboration and to identify the opportunities for research activities. WIN and NANOTEC have know each other since 2018.
WIN has been a founding member of the Network for Sustainable Nanotechnology (N4SNano). It is a consortium of leading organizations in the field of nanotechnology, representing institutes, universities, non-profit and governmental agencies. NANOTEC becomes a member of N4SNano in 2022.
