On 3 October 2024, Dr. Uracha Ruktanonchai, Executive Director and Dr. Wiyong Kangwansupamonkon, Deputy Executive Director (Research and Development Nanoprocess Technology) of NANOTEC welcome Prof. Seiji Okada from Division of Hematopoiesis Joint Research Center for Human Retrovirus Infection, Kumamoto University. The objective of the visit is to discuss and update the progress of the ongoing collaborative project titled “Development of targeted nanoparticle drug delivery system for inhibiting cancer aggressiveness via targeting tumor microenvironment” under PMU-B Global Initiative Networking which has been granted in 2022. Dr. Nattika Saengkrit, Team Leader, Nanomedicine and Veterinary Research Team, Nanoencapsulation Research Group and Dr. Paweena Dana, Researcher, Nanomedicine and Veterinary Research Team, Nanoencapsulation Research Group also participated in the meeting.
Besides the meeting, Prof. Seiji Okada gave a talk on “Application of PDX (Patient-derived xenograft) and CDX (Cell line derived xenograft) mouse model: Applications for cancer therapy”
