On November 12, 2024, Dr. Uracha Ruktanonchai, Executive Director of NANOTEC/NSTDA, was invited to attend a panel discussion at the Chevening Science Networking Reception hosted by the British Embassy. The event brought together Chevening alumni (a UK government scholarship and research fellowship program) and leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The gathering aimed to foster networking and understanding of the work of UK embassy leaders, raise awareness of the UK’s priorities and opportunities in science, technology, and innovation (STI), and explore the collaboration with Thailand. It also aimed to explore avenues for collaboration between the UK and Thailand, supporting the advancement of science and strengthening the STI network between the two nations.
